I wanted to write and thank you for allof the help and guidance you gave us in selling our house on North Waverly.

We had owned the house for a number of years and decided it was rime to put it on the market. Since we live in Northern California we were a bit worried about handling this long distance.

At our first meeting my wife and I talked about our plans in regards to the sale and we were happy that you listened and understood our position. You then explained the process- step by step- letting us know what options were available. At no time did we feel pressured. You provided us with a wealth of information, answered any questions we had and addressed any issues.

You talked to us about what repairs were needed before the house could be listed and also repairs that could be considered and the possible impact of those on the listing price. We had worked with some repair men over the years and you were able to provide a list of repair companies you had worked with along with recommendations. You laid out the entire marketing plan- how the property would be listed, the various open houses and who the target market would be. you were also able to co- ordinate with the various repair compaies scheduling their appointments and overseeing their projects.

When we returned to Northern California you kept us updatedmwith emails and photos on the repairs. The online tour of the house was wonderful- the suggested repairs and minor cosmetic fixes you had suggested made the house truly stand out.

Selling a house can be a stressful process but you made the entire process from listing to closing much easier than either my wife or I thought possible.

During our experience with you we developed a respect for your expertise in the field and also a trust in your opinions- both of which continue to grow.

At any time in the process when we had a question we would call or email and get an immediate response.

"Stephenie was a referral from our friends. For the first couple weeks we communicated through e-mail and texts. After finding listings we were interested in, we finally decided to meet Stephenie. Although the pictures of the listing looked great, the neighborhood was not. Upon arriving at the property, Stephenie stepped out of her car and her first words to us were, "No,  I don't think so. When my wife wanted more pictures I told my wife to stop and Stephenie looked at me and said "hey this is your first home and I will take as many pictures as you guys want!".

The intention behind her actions are always in her clients favor and she is always prepared. From having cold water bottles readily available in her car to providing us a background of a property as we are exploring it.
